8AI provides revenue infrastructure services including CRM implementation, AI outbound, WhatsApp intelligence, Voice AI, and website development. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed between 8AI and the client.
3. Website use
You agree not to:
- Use this website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without written permission from 8AI
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to 8AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Client deliverables (websites, automations, etc.) are governed by the applicable Service Agreement, which specifies ownership transfer upon final payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to 8AI in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
